Bottoms up press

By NevP
Ian Holmes demonstrating impressive muscularity performing a bottoms up press with a kettlebell. Shot on location as with most of my work.

Thanks for looking, make it a great day.

I wonder how much that kettlebell weighs? The little ones at my gym, are super heavy. He certainly looks like a powerhouse. Great pose, such concentrated balance. And a great capture of it......Sandy

This is only 16kg, but he regularly swings one weighing 56kg. He was a circus performer and is a high altitude climber and instructor. Cool guy! Thanks for dropping in Sandy.
