Bow Fiddle Rock

By almiles
Bow Fiddle Rock, the iconic quartzite rock at Portknockie, Banffshire. A 90min drive for me but worth it for this sunrise, which luckily happened on my first trip there. An old shot from 2010, I blended 2 exposures in photoshop.

Great image, well captured from a good viewpoint using the inlet to lead the eye of the viewer out to the rock, John

Thanks guys. I wanted something a bit different to the usual viewpoints on the shingle but those rocks make good leading lines from the beach so I must make the effort to return for some other views! Smile
