How did you do this, can you give me the hints, it can be hanged in my wall...

Definitely a fine art example. Been pondering the title though. It looks more like 'vase' or 'jug'. Still, it's made me look harder at it Grin

'Bowl' will do nicely for me Alan. Great use of light and strong composition as always.

Well, that certainly bowled me over. To use a little poetic license, instead of 3 x location, I say merely, light, light, light.

I like the grain (noise, or is it texture?), it adds to the abstraction. The composition is brilliant, as is the lighting. An example of an image that works far better in colour than it would in b/w. The more I look the more I like.

Just sublime, thanks for sharing.

To follow up on the comment from saltireblue above, George Eastman ( 1854 - 1932 ) said, " Light makes photography. Embrace Light. Admire it. Love it. But above all, know light. Know it for all you are worth, and you will know the key to photography "

It's still true, even in this digital age.

Exquisite use of light and shadow! a very special vision

The "bowl" colors speak of some of the light and colors L.C.Tiffany used in some of his glass pieces-----

Although it might seem almost superfluous in view of all the above, I just had to pop back in with an award. It's simply the best image I've seen for some while.
