Definitely mono for me, find the colour too distracting and detracts from the photo journalistic feel.

Thanks for saying that. I have felt some of my posts have belonged more in the realm of photojournalism, but it sounded a little pretentious or pompous for me to claim. After all, I only claim to be a guy with a camera who snaps what appeals to my eye or to record events.

What a brave and good comment Tim. I always look at your images and will always be honest. Maybe, like you, I reserve comment as I am just an amateur who loves photography.

I do think that your image today had that photo journalistic quality. Clevercloggs - Robert, has posted what I think is a fabulous photo journalistic image today. Take a look and see if you agree.
