One from early yesterday morning down at Brandlehow Bay in the Lake District. After a rather restless nights 'sleep' in the car, Fran & myself dragged ourselves out and wearily made our way down to the landing stage and waited for the day to break.
Although we hadn't had any breakfast at this point ourselves, this didn't stop the midges having their
fill - judging by the lumps we both are currently doing our best not to scratch
This was one of the last shots I took before packing up. The early colour had predominantly disappeared and the light was getting harsher, so I decided to whack on the BIG Stopper for a play ... the sun creeping over the tops of the fells was a bonus
0.6 ND grad [hard] + Lee BIG Stopper, processed in Lightroom 3.
Cheers for dropping by.
