Break Away

I love lava lamps. I recently turned mine on again, and I loved the way the lava rippled as it broke into different globules. I got my camera, turned the lights off and used continuous (not progressive as I usually use) to shoot this.

It's a little bit dim, but something was lost when I brightened the colours, so I've left it like this.

I do like this effect. It would be well worth you carrying on experimenting, to see if you can take a more colourful one. I really like how you've presented this. Good work.
