Just liked the mixture of the lighting and the pitch black sky

Nice capture, it is sharp, good composition but it lacks that something to make it stand from what we have seen before, mine are no different so not a knock on you Jeff just hard to make it look different

So, Paul, what could I have done to make it look different and stand out from what has been seen before ? Wink

Thanks also to Steve for stopping by with the comment.

Hi Jeff, I'd have pointed the camera up a little, avoiding the darkness at the bottom and giving more room to the flagpoles at the top of the image, perhaps also a little wider on the left to make it feel less cramped.

Thanks for stopping by Graham, some valid points for me to consider next time I go.

Yes, I am going again, even if on my own ! as I really enjoyed the opportunities of this night time photography with the mixture of coloured lights etc. Smile

Nice colours captured and I like the people along the railings.
I agree it does need a little more room to include the flags and perhaps more of a lead in with the railings on the right.

Thank you Julie for stopping by.

Smile Just noticed that I do have one including the top of the flagpoles but taken from the other side of the pier.
