Captured a similar shot at Cardiff Bay with the same lens but Nikon, I had to crop a lot and not as good as this Ed.

A great pose but a little soft, I know like me you do not use a tripod so the 1/160s was maybe a little slow at 300mm. - gary

Many thanks for all your comments folks, the light was not too good when I took this and it was cropped a fair bit hence why the image was a bit soft
