The last days of the former Crown wallpaper factory in Darwen, Lancashire. It was once the biggest employer in the town, and the enormous 7 storey building clinging to the side of a steep hill dominated the town. But a downturn in the wallpaper market saw the end, and hundreds lost their jobs.
The place has taken months to demolish and houses are now springing up on the hillside, as the last tangled girders are ripped from the ground.
