Award Shortlist

BTCC Donington 1993

By dark_lord
Thank you for your comments and votes on yesterday's Last Light. Thanks also to Tim (notsuigeneris) for his UA.

As promised there will be more, but in the spirit of Film Friday here are a selection of scanned images from the British Touring Car race at Donongton Park seen from Redgate corner, on 12 September 1993.
V1 is Tim Harvey, the reigning champion at the time, and who now commentates on the current series.

I've recently installed VueScan software so that I can use my Nikon Coolscan scanner on Windows 10, so I've spent some time getting used to that.
Camera used was a Canon T90 and the film was Fujichrome RH400. As far as I recall, the lens was a Sigma APO 400 mm f/5.6 (exif data, i.e. what's written on the slide mount, isn't that comprehensive Wink).
