Buachaille etive mor

By Phil_Restan
Took a quick trip up to Glencoe today, first time since we moved hereBlush

Light didn't appear too good but managed to get a couple of images before the sun dropped down behind the mountains.

Again this is a hand held hdr using three images in photomatix pro. Have to say the image stabiliser on the omd em5 makes hand holding very simple and effective. I tend to pick on one particular spot to focus on and use that for each image in the hdr set, seems to work for me.

Cracking shot !!......nice change to see 'real' water, rather than the milky stuff of long exposures !!

Great composition. I wonder whether you could lift the shadows a fraction? Well done.

A stunning image, Phil, of this beautiful dramatic scenery - I certainly could live with this hung on my living room wall! Wink
