Buddhist devotion.

By peterjones
This moment was captured at Tawang Buddhist Monastery where the devotees in the main had no objection whatsoever to photography, when there was any issue they left the main doors closed, I used as much sensitivity as possible so as not to distract proceedings, no flash and no excessive movement, I was sad that one or two of my fellow "photographers" deemed it necessary to use flash however there was no outward sign of annoyance from the participants.
I can only add that I can never reproduce the atmosphere in the monastery in an image.
I wonder how the Anglican Church would react to such photography within a service .......? 😀
