Have to agree with many others, is a stunning image.
I never see any constructive criticism on this site. Are we here just to stroke each others egos? I love the woman but the blurred fan takes up over half of the photo. I would have gone with the 1/3 rule.

That's the whole point; so your eye is drawn to the point of focus - I went with the 'Negative space' rule!

Sorry - I like the portrait very much but would have cropped the left hand side to where the partial feather ends and even a tad more than that it's wasted space IMO also the lady as pretty as she is and beautifully shown is looking out of the picture - try flipping the picture and you will have a better resultWink no offence meant but my observationSmile
Great shot. Love it Wink

I do like the pose and the composition, mono conversion looks fine too.

The one gripe I have is the lack of noise over her face as it makes her skin look a little plastic. It's quite prominent in the rest of the shot [including her chest, arms and shoulders], but not on her face. Maybe introducing some here would help.

Tis a fantastic shot, but where was it? A studio, a film set; why were you there ? and so on et al. With absolutely NO description, I personally see it as just another upload that can't be bothered to include just a few descriptive words. Is it really that hard to write a wee bit ? Just saying what I'm thinking. I mean you no disrespect.
