I can't help thinking though that I would like to see his face. You might try and pretend to take a picture of the building behind the person so they don't think it's them you wish to photograph.
A few times, I have deliberately aimed at the roof of a building and then when the subject begins to ignore me, lower the lens and take their picture.

Nice capture i really like how you've captured movement in some of the characters .
