Busy Bees

I had planned to photograph my Chives in the garden, watered them, sorted the bg out, it's a piece of slate I found, just about to set up the tripod and spotted these two having a feast.

A very swift grab shot, handheld...different for me Wink
The one on the left stayed pretty still for me, unlike his twin opposite who just wasn't playing ball !!
I just liked how they almost mirrored each other.

Lit by daylight in situ.
Raw file converted in Lightroom, finished in Photoshop with a tidy up crop ( no, I didn't crop off the top of the Chives, that's how it was ), levels adjusted, sharpened and a touch of contrast added, probably not in that order Wink

I have added a painterly effect as V1.
