Ooh, I really like this buttercup in mono Kate.....it works so well! Great detail, and I like how the tiny hairy bits, underneath and on the stem, stand out in the light. It's a joy to view, love it 😊!!

Very nice, and subtle detail. Doesn't need colour.

This works very well in mono, has a sort of 'fine art' feel to it - would make a super greetings card 😃👍

I did not think it would be so good in mono---- but I was wrong!!! Excellent.

This is beautiful Kate. Lovely soft light and detail. Someone commented on my mono daisy shot that a judge once said to his friend "flowers have a distinct smell and colour, this lacks both". I've though about that quite a lot but have come to the conclusion that sometimes stripping out the colour makes for simplicity and elegance and I think this shot backs that up.

A gorgeous image Kate. Oddly enough, this was the answer to a cryptic crossword this morning that had me puzzled for a bit :o))

Works well for me, Kate and very nicely framed.
