Butterflies 2015 No 35

By tomcat
A Heath Fritillary Melitaea athalia perched up on Common Cow Wheat Melampyrum pratense, which is the food plant of the caterpillar
It didn't take a lot of working out, that if there was Cow Wheat growing in the coppiced areas, then there was a good chance that the butterflies were there too - and so they wereWink

Many thanks to Bob (bobpaige1), Kate (Irishkate) & Lillian, for their awards given to the Large Skipper

Also special thanks to the team at EPZ for the HC given to the Demoiselle, plus Sarah (whipspeed) for her GEA and Sylvia (teocali) for her UA given to same

Chuffed to bits - againSmile
