Buttermere, Lake Distict

By ahesharpe
Buttermere is a secluded gem, even within the delights that are the Lake District. Isolated by it's relative inaccessibility, it is nevertheless extremely popular, particularly in summer months. Buttermere can be circumnavigated on foot with relative ease, making it an ideal family outing.

Had the place to myself at 6:00am a couple of years back and got some wonderful shots, which went down well on here. Love this but wish you'd been able to control that light on the right a little. Hey ho, still some cracking reflections and wonderful clarity
