Buttermere Dawn

By sneazy
Thanks to this wet and miserable weather this is another upload from my October trip to the Lakes.

This was from the second morning at this location, the first was unspectacular apart from a couple of images, but the second morning was all I could have hoped for except frost. Beautiful light, a great streak of low mist on the water and great autumnal colours.
I know this shot has been done a thousand times already, notably by David Noton, but when you are presented with this it is difficult to turn it down!

Exposure: 0.6secs @ f16 (manual)
Filters: Lee ND Grad and Polariser

Thanks for looking.

Mark
