Another image of Calda House on the shores of Loch Assynt from our trip over to Assynt in Sutherland on Monday.

Thanks again for your votes and comments on my previous uploads from Monday's outing. They really are much appreciated.

Looks as though we're going to get blown away tonight......

Another wonderful capture of Calda House, Sue. I hope you don't get blown away (glad we're not up at Achmelvich!)

A beautiful winter landscape Sue, you've conveyed the feeling of vast open space and isolation so well

Looks like you may be set for even more snow, Sue: lovely winter shot.
Keep warm and take on the roads if you venture out.

Yep, think there is to be a lot more snow in all your scenes within the next 24 hours too! A pretty dreadful day here today. Hope you keep safe and warm ... and a very well composed and captured image too!

'Tis indeed a bleak-looking place, Sue. That magnificent sky really makes the image good.

We had our first snow on Wed night - 20cm - got it cleared from the drive and mother nature dumped 30cm on us last night, so I know what I'll be doing when I get home todaySad

Very wet and very windy here too last night Sad Not keen on snow, but it's better than this horrendous weather! Looks good here, too, Sue, hope it's as pretty as this when I come north of the border at Christmas Wink
