Hi Nicola, welcome to ephotozine!

I can see the attraction of this scene and why you photographed it - some nice shapes and sky colour going on here.

The trouble with this image, though, is that there is very little to see in the foreground, because it looks your camera metered mostly for the sky, creating mostly a silhouette effect, and the sky itself doesn't have much definition, especially at the top.

I think the solution is to make use of the best part of the image and crop off the rest - giving the shot a letterbox format. I've done a quickie mod for you, cropping off part of the bottom, part of the sky, and half a tree from the right, and enhancing the colour (upping saturation, contrast and mid-tones). Just a quick one, it could probably be done more beautifully, but it's just to give you a rough idea.
