Canal Reflections VIII

The viaduct is a former railway bridge constructed by the Midland Railway at the beginning of the 20th century as a part of an ultimately doomed project to construct a new route between London and Scotland avoiding Leeds. The line was only built another couple of miles further North to a Goods Yard that was eventually closed in the early 1950s

Great reflection of what looks like a magnificent bridge. I prefer the mono version as seems to show up the stonework better.
