I do like the softness, it conveys the warm, flickering, caressing glow of candle-light. Candle-light is not sharp...

Light Moira and Diane have stated, that softer, more diffused light and focus adds a warmth to the image.

I knew it was your work Janet, as soon as I saw it 😁 I think this is the best so far.

When something comes together as well as this, it’s hard to describe exactly why. The sum is greater than the parts.

Superb lighting, subject, arrangement, production. And, to think that you have created the whole thing, not just taken a photo of something you saw.

Superb arrangement and lighting, Janet. the general softness gives a very arty image. I like too the cooler colour of the left pumpkin as a counterpoint to warm candlelight.
