Captayannis Wreck (The Sugar Boat)

By ramrod35
The shipwreck of Captayannis. taken from the bow looking down the riveted starboard hull.

I messed around with the exposure on this one quite a bit to try and get some detail on the ship whilst maintaining the colours of the setting sun. I added a grad filter to help with this. Please feedback if you have any comments or feedback for improvements

Captayannis or known locally on the Clyde as the Sugar boat is a Greek Cargo Ship which lies on the sandbank 'Tail o' the Bank' near Ardmore point in the Firth of Clyde. She was beached on the sand bank when she began taking on water after a collision with another ship during a storm on 27th Jan 1974.
