Many thanks for clicks and comments for my Yellow Lanterns and to Alfie and Lynne for their User Awards.
We visitted my school friend Elaine and her husband Bob yesterday.Elaine and I have corresponded for over 50 years using the old fashioned system of letter writing. They live in Wales and have always had dogs. This is Carla. She was a rescued dog who was in very poor condition when they first had her. She's very shy and when I got my camera out she was off like a shot out of the room. She still bears the marks of her previous owner, but will now, after four years, come into the sitting room when there are visitors.
