Cassia

By jdenman
Has been a gap since my last upload, but life is still ticking along ok.
This is Cassia and Eglish Setter found along with another I have called Terra, wandering the countryside and quite lost at the weekend. Neither of them had a microchip, have posted them on Facebook with no reply as who the owners might be. They had been seen over a week before around 30 miles away, so been over a wide area. She and Terra are booked in next week to see the vet, will have a microchip and spade. Once that is done, then by law they are mine and could not have found a better pair as are both angels. Cassia here is deaf, but already is keen to learn hand signals and doing very well.

A handsome dog and capture;
but have you tried your local radio station and police? I can't imagine somebody not missing them terribly. Not everyone has internet.

Have contacted police, rescues, posted in several local missing animal groups etc. Cassia is deaf, so could be she was dumped by a hunter, is a very common thing to happen here. They are both without a microchip, so no other way of finding the original owner. Are booked in the vets to be spade and have a microchip, so once that is done they will by law be mine unless someone comes forward before then. Both are thin, very happy they are getting fed and well behaved.
