Castell Dinas Bran

By Goggz
The seat of power in the Ceiriog valley for a mere twenty years before it's ruination, Dinas Bran stands at the top of an imposing hill with commanding, panoramic views. If you want to see it, you'd better select BIG for a peek... Wink

I climbed it later that evening, but I think this is perhaps my "shot of the day".

About 16 stops of overall filter and another three on the sky... made for a 91 sec exposure, f22 and ISO 100.

Thanks for looking!

Cheers, Goggz

Would you look at this great shot! Clouds formation and shapes, have you been using filters for this shot and some slow shutter speed? The shadows on the forefront stone are great! Sun light balance looks very well and exposed so professionally, I repeat, have you been using filters and a slow shutter speed?! the more I look at it, the more I find light balance in this great capture, well done

Thanks Astyag, yeah a few filters were used Smile
