great motion, full of action. You haven't posted the camera data so I can't really suggest much in the way of settings. The comp is spot on as is the colour. The ammount of motion is a personal preference, obviously people like the sense of speed in this, I'd have liked a bit quicker on the shutter, but that is personal choice .
The expressions are really good. Congrats on the BOB, looks a fine specimen and obviously enjoying his reward!

I am assuming you've either set at F13 to get a bigger DOF or you're using the flash and its set to 1/250 automatically. I would step that down to F7 or 8 and get somethng around 1/1000th or so on the shutterspeed, it is a decision between DOF and speed and on a target moving this fast, its speed!

technically not brilliant - but I know how hard these shots can be - and Id rather see a technically imperfect shot like this any day, than a static expressionless one!
