This is an image of 4 of my work colleagues starting their charity run from Queen Elizabeth Barracks Strensall York to my companies office in Stevenage a total of a 180 miles in aid of the following charities.

Army Benevolent Fund the soldiers charity & Stop Hunger Campaign a charity my company supports.

The 2 guys on the left work for Sodexo Defence, the 2 on the right are solders.

Well Trev I did have to run so I could get in-front of them to take V1 but the only way I could do it was to run across the playing field, because there was no way I could keep up with them otherwise.

But I was worried I would have camera shake after running as I was kn*****ed Tongue I am so un fit LOLGrin
