A very impressive capture indeed, especially given the relatively short focal length available. Focus is superb, the guy on the left is already off and away and gives visible movement to remind us of the rush. I like the sideways glance of the spectator top right who was obviously not taking pictures!

A great action capture, Albert, looks like the guy in the foreground has come off his bike at some stage, judging by his knee Smile. Carol

A perfect moment Albert looks as if you might get squashed in the crush . How different today with all their different life saving headgear. A certainly wonderful candid xxx

Love the angle! This takes us right into the pack. I've tried this once, I know how difficult it is to capture!

The mod has been colour balance adjusted and the mid-tone contrast tweaked. I also used some noise reduction.

A good action shot.

Many thanks to everyone who have looked, voted and commented. Also to Paintman for the thought provoking mod.

What a tremendous image Albert. As good as it gets and it deserves a lot more attention on here.

Very hard capture to get right - you've done well on this. Really like the diagonal angle of the riders in the frame. On the far right you have caught the eye of one of the bystanders Grin
