Child's Play

By HowardA
One more from Gili Air, Indonesia. A couple of local kids were playing in the shallows and found a flounder. In all honesty, the poor fish wasn't that well by the time they'd finished 'playing' but I wasn't going to intervene on their fun.

This is something like a 70% crop of the original although saving for web seems to have badgered it quite badly!

Thanks for looking. Hope your central heating is working better than ours!

A charming image, and well composed too. I like the way the wave edge forms a diagonal through the frame. Sorry to hear about your central heating!

This is very good Howard, not sure why your images arn't getting more attention - this is exceptional.

This one reminds me so much of a picture I took of my grandson, then aged 14 months when a small ray kept investigating his toes.
In that case there was no damage or danger to fish (or grandson).Smile
A lovely relaxed image helped so much by the boat.
