You've made my day Pete - thank you. I've only been taking photographs for just over a year (honest) and receiving my second EC award makes me go out more to find spectacular images to shoot. I have not brought a single book, I have learnt by looking through some of the spectacular images that are on this website.

for me its the way the light in the shelter is the same as the red in the sky - and what a great composition, i also like the way the bottom of the shot is black and melts into the border - highly effective
