The mono treatment works well with this church, gives it an aged feel keeping in theme with the actual building , and that tree is great!

It looks exposed and windy up there David. I like your mono treatment. The toning and vignette help give it an old world look. Good one.

Very nice David. I like the way the tree looks so windblown and the vignette isolates the church nicely.

Nicely balanced comp David, with the chuch off-setting the tree. Good toning as well.

A stunning and sadly overlooked shot. Unfortunately it needs the large version to allow all the tones and textures to bloom. When opened large there is so much here to enjoy, particularly in the swirling shapes of that wonderful tree.

I love this.The subject, tones, and treatment give it an almost spooky appearance. In my opinion it is one of your best in recent times, and I agree with Eric, it should have had a lot more attention.
