I think this is Rose Wharf in Leeds - not sure of the names of all the warehouses, but that rings a bell

Lovely place to live - just outside the centre opporsite the armouries

Just about the right level of HDR processing for me Ade, anymore and I reckon you would have over-cooked it.....Makes for a stunning image though....

Amazing how some money thrown at old warehouses can suddenly become a high value housing property. Your image certainly does it proud revealing the wonderful colour of the building and it's reflection. Looked a bit like a Mississippy paddle boat from way back.
