Took this from a moving car whilst we were travelling along the Liverpool city centre waterfront. The place has been a building site for the last 3-4 years in preparation for the upcoming Capital of Culture status in 2008.

wonderful photographic eye. Jumped at me from the thumbnail. I don't understand why this has only 3 votes at this point. Very good distribution of squares and rectangles in this. Nice colors too. Bert

One of the few photographs that actually benefits from the vapour trail (goes well with the spoon and diagonal on the stairs).
Most of all the truncated writing works well - feeding the imagination.
