Excellent shot although I prefer water to be natural rather than looking like it's unreal. I'm just old fashioned I suppose.

now i like the water exposure, its well exposed but nice and milky. my thought would be to add abit more punch to the greenery, in the mod i used a tonal contrast filter, and think the leaf in the bottom leaf is alittle distracting.lesley

This has been well done for it's type. The water looks a bit discoloured - I assume after some rain. My problem is purely me - I'm not keen on the creamy water thing - I prefer it sharp and defined.

Thanks for taking the time to view the pic.Its interesting that the milky water effect is disliked..It is a technique I have never used before and I was sort of pleased with the outcome..The water is brown because of heavy rain tin the Yorkshire dales...
I am still keen to learn about tonal contrast filters, any body jnow what one is??
