Cleaning the Lighthouse 2

I was pleasantly surpised at the interest shown on my last upload, Cleaning the Lighthouse, that I've decided to show some more. This is Ron cleaning the window frame of the lamp room. Thank you for your comments and votes.

It's an easy eough climb inside, but more difficult on the outside, as you can see in V3. The reason for the scaffold is to repair the window.The reason is because a wave took out the window, and you can see how far down the sea level is.Some wave.I can vouch for the fact a lot of salt had to be cleaned from he walls inside.

Fascinating the work on the lighthouse, and even more so, when you realize how high the wave must have been to take out a window. Good series of pictures, and good work by the painters!

I think I would prefer to do some work on the inside.

I was astonished by the --apparently---winter jackets----but of course---it would be cold and windy up there! Very interesting details!
