Hmmm...

Apologies if this comes across as "old duffer" stuff, but I can't resist.

The thumbnail is fantastic, as is the view. Hence my vote.

However, if ever a picture justified my policy of carrying a camera all the time, this is it: the iPhone simply doesn't do the view or your vision justice.

I've read your profile, and I understand that you are half my age or less, and you do amazing and creative things with cameras. I just think that they could be technically amazing as well - and I realise that you may simply not be able to carry a camera the way I always have as well as getting to the places you do, and shooting the pictures you find and make!

Thanks Dudler, it's just sooo easy to snap a shot with the iPhone and upload it to instagram, especially when traveling on the bike. No room for a tripod and all the accessories I'd need with the SLR.. then again I do have a gorillapod and 3x spare batteries for the Lumix, and it's full manual, I guess I've no excuse. I may leave it in the car in future, so it'll never be too far away if needed.

I have to admit that I tend nto to use a tripod - but with body-integral antishake on an Alpha 900, that doesnt' matter very much, a lot of the time!
