Some fun while setting up for all night star trail shots at Shiprock, New Mexico USA using a lighted drone and self timers. This is a wonderful place for night photography. I took at least 20 shots of myself alone to get in the right distance and pose. The drone took almost as many trials as well.

A great bit of creativity....it works extremely well.

On a lighter note..... he has probably won a prize for getting that hoop over the mountain. 🤓

Great video by the way. I actually drove past Shiprock on holiday in 1987, it was cloudy and miserable!

Yeah, I thought about that too. I always feel bed cropping away resolution.

Clever, and a great image.
I'm inclined to agree that a crop from the bottom would improve it.
