CLOSE ENCOUNTERS OF THE RED ARROWS KIND

This image was taken at the Llandudno Air Show 2015 where you could stand half way up the Great Orme to be almost on a level with the military aircraft where flying at. Sadly following Shoreham there are no more airshows to be held at Llandudno. Coming back to this image the telephoto lens has compressed the flying positions of the aircraft so they look like they are going to collide with each other, whereas in fact they are not that near to each other. Hats off to the RAF pilots who are expert in precision flying. David

Great action shot. The tele-photo lens has compressed them so much they do look as if they are going to crash.
