Close To The Edge !

Just arrived and setting up my camera for a completely different type of shot when these people came into frame.

Personally, I Do Not Believe Getting This Close To The Edge Is Advisable. Getting The Shot Is Not Worth The Risk

The drop is around 245 feet and the edges have, in the past, given way without warning.

This shot was taken with a zoom lens , so I am not as close as it may look.

In fact, several yards to the left they are building another track which leads to the privately owned Belle Tout Lighthouse ( disused) which I believe now offers holiday accommodation.

Actually, I liked the composition with walkers so took a few more before getting the shot I really wanted, which I will upload another day.

The lighthouse in he background is Beachy Head

The chalk cliffs, and the hazy sky tones are both excellent as is the general composition. I reserve judgement on the figures!
