I haven't put my work up on a site as yet so I look forward to any critisism at all.
I have done a series of these street scapes of abandonded houses and shops around Cork City in Ireland. I hope to capture the questions I had when I first came to live here of what? where? when? and how long ago did whoever live or work in this place?
I wanted to combat the sadness of the rundown scenes by treating them heavily to bring out the colour and intensity of all the cracks and aged surfaces left behind.
Im using a Canon Powershot SX20 IS until I can afford to upgrade hopefully later this year.
Onwards and upwards anyway..feel free to comment and share any thoughts or advice!

Not too sure about the digital manipulation, I would have thought a pic like this would have stood up as a more or less straight image.

Im a fan on over saturated strong colours, i beleive you have dome really well to extract these bright colours from the scene.
Good questions about what else went on at each place.

Processing work really works well (in my opinion) - does what you wrote on the tin!
Look forward to seeing more.
