Bolivia is so high with many different climates often changing within only a few miles.This is taken at sunrise at a pass over looking the central highlands (from the Altiplano highlands). The mists often rise up from the jungle lands below that and travel up the valleys in the mornings and afternoons. Its a difficult thing to photograph and do it justice
Great shot and lovely colors. I'm not sure what happened to the mountains on left and right though. Slightly distracting in a great shot. Must have been fantastic to be there.
