Cloudscape over Eilean Donan Castle

By Philpot
Many thanks again for the UA's and Guest Editor award for my Sligachan image a few days ago, much appreciated.

I uploaded a sunset of this scene a week or two ago and I was rather pleased with it. This one was taken on our last day as we drove from Skye back home and for me its a better picture.

It would have been rude not to have stopped to check out the scene in the daytime. The sky was full of nice fluffy clouds so despite my insane appetite for LE's I forced myself to keep the 6 & 10 stoppers in the bag and well, it was all over in a twentieth of a second and we were back on the road again.

You've certainly put your own stamp on this scene, the clouds were co-operative, the light was glorious and the reflections perfect.
