seen this on my occasional travels to Waltham Abbey and today decided to target the scene...
fraught with difficulties as on a very busy and twisting road with no access to the site as surrounded by high fence and wild growing bramble bushes...
may have to revisit and take a step ladder or wire cutters...
perhaps not...
a couple of other derelicts along this road so may continue the theme with further visits....
in the snow or torrential rain might also be interesting...

Could be interesting to find out more about the sight, That looks like it is missing some letters. I see it as Open Fireworks.
