Cob Cement Scrawl

By sut68
First light of day breaks over the distant landscape, as seen from the top of the Cob at Lyme Regis.

This harbour wall is a place I have long meant to shoot at dawn, but in truth the sun was rising a little too northerly for the shot I had in mind and the sky was a bit too clear for my liking too. That said, I was pretty happy with some of the shots I captured that morning - this one included.

I love the random acts of vandalism in the cement too. Not sure who Wilma, MR2K or Pam and her Beau are ... but they have certainly left their mark ... for the time being.

This shot was taken about 30 minutes before yesterday's upload.
