Cobh - County Cork

By Curtain
Beautiful Cobh on the south coast of Ireland.

The building centre right is the White Star Line ticket office with the original wooden Jetty. It is from here that Titanic's final boarding passengers departed on steam tenders towards the ship moored a couple of miles off Roaches Point. At the time Cobh (pronounced Cove) was called Queenstown following a visit from Queen Victoria.
