Colosseo, Roma

By TrevBatWCC
One from my archives, on my holiday to Rome last year. A bit of an awkward building to photograph, especially inside, so took two photos with the object of stitching them together. Each image was shot at 18mm and joined together using Photomerge Panorama in Elements 6. Best viewed large!

I was going to say "shame about the tourists" but then realised they give scale to the building!

Amazing place. You were so lucky to go there and the figures add a sense of scale.
