These colourful sails set against the sunny blues of the sky and sea make a wonderful image: and with 1/1000 sec. exposure you have captured the action in fine detail.
Love the coloured reflections in the water too.
Very well composed with the subjects filling the frame.
Ronnie.

A Life on the Ocean Wave.
A life on the ocean wave!
A home on the rolling deep!
Where the scattered waters rave,
And the winds their revels keep!

The IOW:
Needles you cannot thread
Freshwater you cannot drink
Cowes you cannot milk
Newport you cannot bottle
Lake you can walk through and stay dry
Ryde where you walk! and two newer wonders...
Newtown which is old
Winkle street where there are no winkles

Ooo...love the shot in V1, Diane, where you can really appreciate those saily sails on the yachty yachts. So nice and billowy. I looked down after reading your descrip and noticed f5.6. Sounds shallow but the focus looks deep enough in the shot! I think it's just right, actually.

I like the view in V2 too, especially for those colourful pebbles under the water there Smile
