Coloursphere

Much as I'd like to be able to post some wildlife pics here, I'm afraid my garden isn't yielding any butterflies, bees and the like [plenty of ants though, but I don't like them!] So, once again I'm keeping myself occupied with indoor stuff.

Among the 'toys' for the previous still life, I have a bag of marbles generously donated to their Grandma from Charlie and Phoebe. This particular one is the largest 1.1/2" diameter. I THINK it is glass, but the surface is slightly opaque and very much 'pitted' - however, it gave some interesting results when I placed my rainbow paper behind it. Had a little go at the 'noise' but I'm not too fussed about it!

How fascinating and what a good idea: of the two I really love V 2, Eileen.
How about trying it with a variety of backgrounds and with lights shone on in at various angles.
